Cancellation Policy

This page describes the current test-mode boundary and the requirements that remain before live subscriptions.

Effective August 6, 2026

Current subscription status

No live paid subscriptions are currently offered. Billing validation uses Stripe test mode, and test subscriptions may be canceled or deleted as part of controlled verification.

Before paid launch

A live cancellation workflow and final policy must be implemented and published before real customer payments are accepted.

  • Customers must be told how to cancel.
  • The effective cancellation date and access period must be clear.
  • Saved ZIP behavior after downgrade must be explained.
  • Support ownership and escalation must be identified.
  • Any legally required cancellation rights must be honored.

Controlled-beta access

Beta access may be ended by the participant or operator through the existing beta-contact channel. Ending beta access does not create a refund because the current beta does not accept real payments.
