Controlled beta

Beta Support

Support is currently limited to existing controlled-beta participants and their established onboarding channel.

Effective August 6, 2026

How beta support works

Public customer support is not yet offered because the service remains a controlled non-paying beta.

Participants should report problems through the same onboarding, invitation, or project-contact channel through which beta access was provided.

What to include

To help diagnose a problem, include the affected ZIP code, page or feature, approximate time, browser or device, and a description of what happened.

  • Do not send passwords, secret keys, full payment-card numbers, or authentication cookies.
  • Screenshots should be reviewed for private information before sharing.
  • Billing reports during the current beta should identify that the observed flow was Stripe test mode.

Response expectations

Response times are not guaranteed during the beta. Critical security or privacy concerns should be clearly identified through the existing beta-contact channel.

A permanent public support contact, ownership process, escalation path, and response expectations must be established before paid launch.

Not an emergency service

Local Intelligence is not monitored as an emergency communications service. Contact the appropriate emergency or public-safety authority for urgent situations.
